RisingStar product: Outdoor waterproof digital signage

Waterproof digital signage can keep working under multiple weather conditions, including rain, snow, scorching sunlight, and even dust. With an IP67 full-metal structure housing, the number “6” means that dust and other similarly sized particles will be fully prevented from entering the housing; the number “7” indicates that the product can be submerged in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. These parameters demonstrate that dust and water are highly unlikely to penetrate the shell and damage the LCD screen inside. Incidentally, the maximum level of waterproofing that RisingStar can achieve is IP68. The number “8” means the product can be submerged in 1 meter of water for over 30 minutes. The tempered glass we use for outdoor waterproof digital signage offers IK10 impact protection. This is the highest standard for protecting the most vulnerable part of the LCD signage. IK10 means the glass can withstand an impact of up to 20 joules without breaking. Additionally, the tempered glass can be customized with special treatments as needed, including coatings such as AG (anti-glare), AR (anti-reflection), and AF (anti-fingerprint). Combined with optical bonding processing, these treatments ensure that the visibility of the screen is not affected by the protective measures.

RisingStar product: high brightness wide temperature LCD panel

The LCD panel is the foundational product of an LCD display, or more precisely, it is the most crucial core component of the LCD display. In essence, the LCD display is simply the LCD panel with some additional “decorations” or enhancements. At the heart of the LCD panel is the liquid crystal glass, also known as “open-cell” in the industry. This critical component can only be produced by a few renowned factories. Currently, LG is one of the largest manufacturers, followed by BOE, AUO, and CSOT. These companies are at the forefront of LCD panel production and supply the necessary components for various applications. After these major manufacturers produce the “open-cell” components, companies like ours then proceed to manufacture the LCD panels. These panels are designed for anyone who needs them for their LCD products or for products that require an LCD interface for user interaction. Our role is to take the core components and turn them into functional and customizable displays that meet the specific needs of our customers. One special type of LCD panel is the wide temperature LCD panel. These panels are made from special “open-cell” components sourced from the aforementioned famous factories. Additionally, we use specialized materials during the manufacturing process of the wide temperature LCD panels. As a result, these panels have a much broader operating temperature range compared to standard LCD panels. This feature is particularly appealing to our customers who focus on outdoor displays, as it ensures reliable performance in various weather conditions.
